Frank Lopez considers it a privilege and honor to represent you for the last 8 years as your Vista City Councilman.  As a retired Vista business owner of 40 years and a lifelong resident, Frank understands your concerns and struggles in these tough economic times. 

​

Frank married his wife Mary in 1966, and between them have a daughter, a son , and three beautiful grandchildren who are his pride and joy. 

​

As your City Councilman, Frank has always worked consistently and diligently to address the concerns of the people to bring communication and a business friendly environment to the City of Vista.  His record and involvement with his community speaks for itself.

On November 6, 2012, vote Frank Lopez so he may continue his dedication to enhance Vista for you and the future of our children.
